Capability comparison
How to read the matrix:
- Published: the vendor’s reviewed public material describes the task. This is a vendor claim, not an independently validated result.
- Existing platform: the current EasyDocForms or InjuryMgmt product publicly describes the underlying capability; this does not establish a dedicated psych implementation.
- Offer: included in our psych service offer. Confirm the precise delivery with the team.
- Launch check: supporting tools exist; confirm the complete psych input-to-output workflow for your documents before choosing.
- Planned: part of the psych specialty design, not presented as a shipped feature.
- Not established: the reviewed pages did not document the particular task. This does not mean the vendor cannot do it.
What the EasyDocForms offer adds to the comparison
Bring an assessment you are allowed to use
Start with your own blank questionnaire or an assessment whose permission covers the intended digital use. The offer includes turning that document into a fillable PDF workflow for your patient or examinee.
This is different from uploading a completed assessment report so that an AI can summarize its results. It also differs from choosing a vendor’s narrative report template.
Review the records alongside the assessment workflow
Use medical-record summaries and source references to prepare for your evaluation. The proposed psych specialty organization emphasizes psychiatric history and function alongside the medical history.
Source-linked summaries are shared ground across these products. The complete assessment-and-document workflow is the more specific proposition to evaluate.
Draft appropriate form fields from supplied information
The AI form-filling offer concerns proposed entries in the forms you use. Confirm which inputs and forms are supported, review the entries, and approve the result.
Patient-reported answers remain the patient’s responses. Form filling should not manufacture those answers, produce test results, or substitute an extracted historical opinion for your current conclusion.
Discuss your assessment, record-review, and form-filling workflow.
How to interpret legal and musculoskeletal examples
EvenUp and Supio explicitly market the reviewed workflows to law firms. InPractice and MediScan explicitly serve evaluators. MediScan’s examples include orthopedic work and configurable psychiatric fields. Psynth and Medrecords AI explicitly address psychological or forensic work.
Those distinctions matter. A legal product may organize medical evidence well, and a product showing physical-injury examples may also support psychiatric content. The matrix compares the specific documented tasks rather than assuming that an audience label determines every capability.
Ask for the same demonstration
Bring a synthetic record packet and a blank assessment you own or are permitted to reproduce. Ask the vendor to show:
- A summary statement and its supporting source page.
- How psychiatric history and functional evidence can be inspected.
- The actual patient-completable assessment, if that service is offered.
- Proposed entries in the original form, including unsupported fields left unresolved.
- The review process and final output file.
A successful demonstration answers more than a generic “custom templates” checkbox. It shows whether the product supports your exact document workflow.
Sources and limits
The matrix uses the official product pages linked in its rows, reviewed October 22, 2026. We did not independently test processing accuracy, processing speed, test scoring, clinical validity, security certifications, or regulatory compliance.
The six review subjects proposed for PsyReview by EasyDocForms are not equivalent to every competitor’s psych-related feature. Compare the actual outputs. No exclusive or industry-first capability is claimed.
